Submit online through this portal or contact the call center to register offline calls/mail/tapal.

Triage & Route
Call center operator validates details and routes the case to the respective Section Officer.

Officer Investigation
Section Officer reviews, places on hold for inquiry, or reverts to the applicant for additional information.

Final Redressal
Officer resolves the case and uploads the resolution report. Closure feedback ratings collected.
